Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to deliver your items safely and as quickly as possible.

📦 Order Processing

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by a range of UK print partners such as Shirt Monkey, through Printify.

  • Processing time: Please allow 2–3 business days for your item to be printed and prepared for shipping. We aim for 1 - 2 business days, when possible but this isn't always the case.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

đźšš Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

  • Standard UK Delivery: Estimated 2–3 business days after dispatch

  • Total Estimated Time: 4–9 business days from placing your order

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, or another UK courier based on location and availability.

Peak Season Notice:
During peak times such as Father’s Day or Christmas, please allow a few extra days for order processing and delivery.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size and delivery address.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Most orders come with tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

âť— Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Double-check your shipping address for accuracy.

  2. Contact us at presents4dad@gmail.com and we’ll help you investigate or replace where appropriate.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may request payment for reshipping.
