Return & Refund Policy

Overview

We aim for all of our products to be of a high quality and to deliver on your expectations, however, sometimes problems happen. As our products are made to order through a UK-based supplier, we accept returns and offer refunds only for items that are defective, damaged, or have manufacturing errors. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is defective or has a manufacturing error.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The product received differs from what was ordered. Please be mindful that images online are digital, and the printed version may look different.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return i.e., within 30 days of delivery. 

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Depending on the issue with the item, we will advise if it needs to be returned to the seller.

If your return is accepted and we require you to send it back. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or color selections made by the customer.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Minor variations in print placement (within 0.5 inches).

  • Orders were returned due to the incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact us at presents4dad@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, date of purchase, and a clear photo of the issue.

  3. Specify whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.

We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at presents4dad@gmail.com and we will look into what is causing the delay.
